Jumbo EZ Peel Wild-Caught USA Shrimp from Biloxi Shrimp Co. arrive ready-to-peel for chefs who prefer to handle the final stage of preparation in the comforts of their own kitchens. Each shrimp shell is pre-cut to ensure peeling is quick and each delicious piece comes out cleanly and intact. This 2-pound bag consists of 16 to 20 shrimp per pound (up to 40 total) depending on individual size and weight.
